The suspect is not one of the friends who I'd seen give interviews over the last week; I'd never seen or heard of her before now.

. Shane Carey was inconsistent in some of the details he provided, his demeanor was strange, and his word choices/actions were odd. Plus, statistically speaking, as the significant other, he was the mostly likely suspect. Now, it seems (and I hope) he may just have been worried sick, struggling to hold it together, and/or LE told him some details that he was not allowed to reveal publicly.
