You overcooked the pork chops? They're so pink if you wanted them any less done you should have eaten them straight out of the package. Fucking screw ball.

Yeah I know. They're small, thin pork chops too. Should have done them 30 minutes or less in the oven. Should have done them in a pan on top of the stove in a pan instead of a baking sheet inside the oven. Sorry. Hindsight is 20/20. I'm sure I'll cook better and with confidence if I do it more often. Not making excuses but it doesn't help that I have a small stove from like 100 years ago and I need a better stocked and organized kitchen.
