It IS a problem and our system IS being abused. I don't think we should close our borders, but I do think that people who are here illegally should be sent back where they came from (with their children who were born in the US and all) instead of coddled and encouraged. And hell yes, people coming into this country should have to speak English. That's just ridiculous.
