I got to cut back on that though once I start my diet. Which will be when I finish my junk food, plan my meals, and go shopping for all the healthy food. Don't know if I'm going to eat that gross whole grain bread he recommended. 1% milk is also gross. I'm staying with my 2% milk. Like the idea of eating beans, nuts and fresh veggies though. I guess I'll have to switch from sugar cereal to oatmeal or something boring like Cheerios or Grape Nuts. I guess it's no more diet soda and more juice and water too.
