Yes the rich will always be rich no matter what the tax rate is, they really have got fuck all to worry about.
In seem to be in a minority that is more interested in the needs of the needy than the needs of the rich.
I am more likely to ask "how much will this effect working famlies" than "how will this effect fucking milionaires".
