Crisis theory says that people only change in extremis, that means that chang will only modify his habits when he gets a diagnosis that will frighten him. Like throat cancer, colon nasties, eye horrors, psychosis through weed etc.
At this point id like to point out that im older, it was about 62 63 that i noticed my flexibility was waning energy was less, if i sat for too long getting up wasnt easy. My knees hurt through too much football, my eyes need stronger glasses, reading ones.
That whatever ails you now will multiply your suffering turning 60. I reckon youve got about ten years chang before the shit really hits the fan. I presume you take no exercise, im naturally fit, and jog everyday.
Unless you start taking care of yourself now you will die soon after 60, this applies to everyone who reads this, as im sure most of you are not spring chickens.
My guess is that all of you will ignore this, because it doesnt hurt now, but it will. And whatever hurts and doesnt go away when your 60 will be of great regret that you didnt do this that and the other when you were younger.
And it will be too late. Depression will kick in, fuelling your problems, and how you think and feel will delay and avert death, or it will kill you in months.
Sermon over. See...im a good guy after all.
