I'd be curious (as to the American cities in decline) what political party, is governing and in control . . . and for how many years.

Nothing sinister or causal . . . just curious.

It’s quite shocking I tell ya.  And here I was thinking it was all Trump’s fault with his racism and total disregard for black folks having clean water.
