More family drama, my brother sent me a text today that he’d removed my mom off a roughly $50k checking account and now his name (and his name only) is on that checking account.
The fuck? I don’t know what he doesn’t understand about carrying out the legal/fiduciary responsibilities we have as co- trustees on her trust/will but apparently a lot.
It should have been retitled to the trust or closed and moved into her trust account.
I don’t think he’s trying to steal the money but I gave him enough information prior that I can only call that a dumb decision.
