I would automatically think that they are asking about guns. They’re obviously not inquiring about my candlesticks and meat mallet.

Me too (guns). And my husband does have some old rifle or something. 

Made me think; I’m pretty sure he’s got a damn sword of some sort around here too. For a time he did some training with the thing on his way to getting a black belt. 

If we had grandchildren I’d have a reason to find this stuff and make sure it was securely stored.
