What I would REALLY love to believe, is that you would have banned the kid the last two times he registered under new usernames, according to the IP being the same, but you didn't... If so, then we could all reasonably assume this was a new person and not be concerned about it. Instead, we have to go through this bullshit to try and justify to ourselves that it isn't just the kid trying to gain access again.
The actual truth is I have not checked or compared IPs. I do not plan on cross-checking every newly registered person with every past person I don't want joining. Also, I banned Wolf by IP. That doesn't mean he can't join as someone else from another IP or using technology to get around it ...
