when my kids were little they had a baby bunny. they let it run around the kitchen floor and one day i accidently stepped on the poor thing, i didn't see him! my kids were screaming! i felt so horrible i cried all day and night. 
i don't know how a parent could intentionally do something so evil to her child and his pet.
my forum is full of people who abuse and murder children, this emotional abuse is psychological torture and just as despicable as any other form of abuse. i hope social services never gives the boy back to her.
