She probably might need some assessment. It looks symptomatic of someone with a possible mental illness. It is not unusual with someone with schizophrenic symptoms to live in disorganised and filthy living conditions. Looks like some hoarding is going on there too. I wonder if the house has a stench? Honestly, a consultation and further medication regime could fix all of this and quieten her down.
