New York, New York...
Well, Hillary trounced Bernie in New York. She got 58% of Democratic primary votes and earned 138 pledged delegates.
Bernie Sanders got 42% of the Democratic primary votes (Independents weren't allowed to vote in NY), so he earned 106 pledged delegates. I don't think Bernie can catch up and don't see how he'd be able to turn her delegates his way at the Democratic convention if she goes in with way more earned votes, but he still contends he has a path to victory.
Trump got 60% of the Republican primary vote and earned about 90 delegates, Kasich got 25% of the Republican vote and earned 3 delegates, and Cruz got under 15% of the vote and earned no delegates. I think Trump's team is in good position now to do everything possible to ensure that the delegates elected to represent his earned votes at the Republican convention are loyal Trump supporters.
