Zelensky is responsible for the atrocities in Bucha. Putin is not a genius, but neither is he an idiot, which he would have to be to have allowed that to happen. Ukraine is being beaten like a cheap rug, they are the ones desperate enough to use a poorly executed false-flag attack, Russia has nothing at all to gain from it.
