Yep. A President does not have the power to pardon anyone convicted in state court (including himself). The presidential pardon only applies to federal convictions.
The investigation into the Trump Foundation's financials is going down in state court. If the Trump Organization is also under investigation, that's likely being done at the New York state level as well. Both organizations are being headed by Ivanka, Donald Jr, and Eric Trump, if I recall correctly.
