ABORTION IN THE UNITED STATES
#41
I haven't had time to read it, I was just assuming those incidences would and should be excluded. How naive of me to think they'd use any common sense.

This law isn't based in common sense, nor common decency. By their terms, the taxi driver who gives a woman a ride to an abortion clinic can & will be sued, the same goes for anyone who advises a woman what her options are. If you helped a friend you too can be sued. It's insane and now Florida & South Dakota are looking into doing the same damn thing.

I think the idea is to make it clear to the liberals that lawfare is no longer going to be a one-way street. This is about survival, not common sense. If you think it's ugly now, just wait until X-mas rolls around.

No woman should be forced to continue her pregnancy, nor should any woman be forced to have her rapist's baby and fuck all if an 11 year old who had been sexually abused should have to carry a child to term. There are a variety of reasons women need to terminate their pregnancies and they don't all have to do with fucking around without the benefit of birth control. You have daughters, you should care about this.

once again flapping your vagina cleavage on a subject you know nothing about, and too lazy to educate yourself first.

text of Texas bill

read the bill 1st; then try to control your histrionics; there are exceptions for those instances.

when Roe is over turned; will you be able to survive?

Uber & Lyft have both come out in support of their drivers and have vowed to cover 100% of legal fees if any of their drivers are sued.

Another reason why spankings should be a legal course of dispension. It would be a good way to stop fuckdoogery in it's tracks.

I may contemplate this according to how big the ass is though. My lap has a weight limit.

Betty White said, "if men could get pregnant, abortions would be available at Jiffy Lube".   113

It doesn't even allow for exceptions in the case of rape or incest.

There are no laws regulating a man's body. None. Zero. Zilch.

Wedge issues are divisive -- who knew!!!  hah

Both sides are full of shit as far as I'm concerned. But it is funny that the Democrites are oblivious to the fact that they brought this new development on themselves. This is Texas' way of telling libruls to stay far away, and if you're already there, think real hard about getting the hell out, and I don't blame them one bit. The fuckwits bailing out of the librul hellholes will recreate the same exact shit if given half a chance.

No heart, no brain, no lungs. They won't protect 1st graders from being slaughtered at school but they'll make sure that something that's the size of a grain of rice has all the protection in the world. They make me sick. I don't believe for a minute it's about protecting life.

6 weeks is tough it really should be 8 or something. I am really against abortions after 4 months and partial birth abortions are just criminal.

have you read the law? the ban starts when the heart beat is detected. the six week is just an estimate. conservatism is changing tactics. defending life is non negotiable.
