A little boy offered me a piece of Bazooka bubblegum. I accepted it and exclaimed "that's from my childhood!" He put down his pack of gum in disgust and said he wasn't going to eat ANYTHING that was that old.  hah I explained the gum wasn't old, just my memory of it. I've gotten a chuckle out of that for most of day.

I grew up on bazooka, pixie sticks and sweet tarts. Soda in a vending machine was 10 cents. Sugar was the foundation of my food pyramid.
