I am going on a road trip with some people tomorrow 
and today they found out one of the visitor centers will be closed. so they want to move it to a day they are open when I already have plans
wtf
who cares about a visitor center being closed or open?
I was just looking forward to the road trip and the time spent w/ people-but now I remember how fucking annoying they can be.

Mine too.
The reason the gal was so fixed on the visitor center is because she is a retired school teacher and has taken kids there in the past. Even tho the center was open-the video she wanted to watch was not playing, but the nice and handsome ranger chatted with us for a bit.
She gets very pragmatic with certain things-and I am very "not pragmatic" about things-so we tend to clash. The more I can just acknowledge and realize that and just chill, then the better the time goes, but when I am not in a peaceful state of mind it drives me fucking crazy.
