Met 2 awesome new residents to the valley. They want me to pet sit for them for a month possibly.
In the moment of meeting them my little office filled with 5 more people, a low flying aircraft went overhead, there were 4 deer outside, for a moment everything was perfect and beautiful.

And I saw a huge grey squirrel today. I usually only see the smaller douglas fir squirells and chipmunks. This guy was huge. I wonder where it has been hiding.

I guess these planes fly over at least once a year, maybe they are being transported to a different base. I have seen fighter jets, but never these in this area.

Well
Today began the season. I am open 6 days a week and the boats go on "summer schedule". So they arrive earlier. I am already tired. Not everything is open fully yet so its a weird time of year. But also nice because it isn't as busy.

I was watching this gal paint pictures, tiny pictures on tiktok and she ends the night with requests and I requested "Owl" and then she responded to me and said she painted one last week-and so she was trying to find it-and then I felt awkward because I am the same way, once I get fixxated on something I want to find it or whatever-and then I felt all wierd.
No one can relate to this probably.
Anyway, her paintings are so cute. and she isn't an annoying asmr person-just normal talking and painting.

She is just trying to paint-and even states its her spiritual practice and this person is like, "OMG we just had a tragedy in our state" "You should check it out when you are done painting"

She won't shut the fuck up. We are just enjoying a moment, a vibe and they are all like "OMG People died" SHUT THE FUCK UP!"
