Nope just antibotics right now. I have an epi pen also. I am supposed to take anti anxiety and ADHD meds but I feel I no longer need them. Smiley_emoticons_fies

Happy to hear this news! Nordic Naturals Omega 3 is mercury free and helps with anxiety/depression - deep breathing helps Andrew Weil talks on it - aromatherapy and lots of various calming teas. I prefer Alternative Medicine.

I wasn't aware there was anything natural! All my stupid doctor ever wanted to do was give me a new pill that made me equally sick. Its not so bad and I have atavan for it if it does, but fortunately, I haven't needed one in a very long time. I will look into the natural meds, thank you!
