I'm going to be on the road...during the day.

Driving with my niece down to Southern California so she can trick or treat with her baby sister on Halloween night. They're 13 years apart in age. The older one is gonna be a half-turned Zombie and the little one is going as Tinkerbell, I think.

At night, I'm going to be the haggard broad drinking wine and passing out candy on my mom's porch. Looking forward to it.

What's on the menu for the baby this year, sally?

I was going to dress her as Nacho Libre since it's her favorite movie, but I bought the Luchador mask and she doesn't want anything to do with it. So I'll probably just take her to the store and see what she picks out on her own.

It's a funny movie.

My youngest sister and her kids are big on Halloween decorating and dressing up. I've never really gotten that into it.

Once I went to a party as a gypsy and another time as a bum, though. No exposed bosom. Not really one to go out in public dressed as a Playboy Bunny or French Maid of Sexy Wench... or anything like that.

I might be willing to lose the mustache, but the sideburns and underarm hair are staying put. It gets kinda cold here in the winter.

I'm not a big fan of Halloween. I don't get too excited about walking door to door collecting a garbage bag full of candy that you can buy all year long right at the checkout line at the grocery store. Homemade popcorn balls are a nice treat, however, but I don't think many people give those out anymore.

I remember in 4th grade one of the moms brought in popcorn balls and at that time it was the best thing I've ever ate. I've never had another one like it, the caramelized sugar around the pop corn looked like streams of spun glass.

I can remember trick-or-treating in the snow. My friends here think I'm pulling their leg when I've said that, I'm not!

I would love to get the little ones coming to my door. I'd give out candy while wearing a costume & do way more decorating than the pumpkins & mums I have now.

I used to go full on for halloween, screaming door mats, arms and legs in the yard, spiders and carved pumpkins and of course a costume.
Not so much anymore, mostly big kids are all that comes around

I have a lot of stage stuff from the horror metal genere that I've collected over the years. Last year I was a fatass Axl Rose Vampire. The year before that Otis from House of 1000 corpses (which was my most convincing costume to date). Not sure what I'm doing this year yet, but I have 7-8 different freaky contact lenses to choose from. White seems to freak everyone out the most. I'll probably start with those and add to it as I go.

I haven't figured it out yet. I better get on the ball though. I may have to work so it will have to be something that don't get in the way. It should be a good time though. The bar has a costume contest every year and this year we have two categories. One for best dressed and one for least dressed. This should be interesting.

I fucking love Halloween
and costumes
and dressing up.
I love going to Seattle on Halloween and trying to figure out who is dressed up and who dresses like that normally.
I am not sure what I am going to do this year.
