I wish we had more black people in Vermont. Less than 1% currently total population. All these smarmy crackers running around with guns.

Fuck I know. It's just WEIRD in Vermont like that. The only diversity are the Jamaicans and Phillipinos who come up on work visas during the tourist seasons.
You can find a few black people in Burlington that live there, but in Stowe, it's all pretty white.

I grew up in a place similar to that, we had a job corp center but the county turned it into a community college, the migrant fruit pickers were the only real diversification we had, I went to school with 2 black kids during my high school years.
I was friends with both of them and we did a lot of stuff together They really didn't let their blackness bother them and I didn't really let it bother too many other people if I was around.

We have tons of Mexicans here it he summer. My friend's son worked for a landscaper and they called them the Amigos. The Amigos will be here soon to start the summer work. They also work in Saratoga at the track.
