My worry is could he get out earlier for good behavior and/or working jobs inside the prison if that is allowed? Doesn't good time served cut his time almost in half and what about over crowding as he gets close to end date, will they just say oh he can't be a threat and release him on home monitor because at that point he'd be some much older....idk I smh at it all. I say he should have been sentenced for each count he was found guilty off regardless of his age. Is there any way besides lifers and death penalty that you aren't eligible for the early release for good behavior?
