I've hung out with most of you for many years now so I have an idea of how you think, but y'all still have the ability to surprise me so I'm going to ask what you think about this -

I'll try to be brief. I was reading on a small local board. A woman posted that she was on her way home after work, she had her baby with her and she was starving, but broke, even wrote BROKE BROKE in all caps like I just did. She pulled into the Mickey D's drive thru and was rummaging around her car for change to buy a burger but wasn't finding much of anything. When it was time to pull up to the window and pay she was told that the car behind her had purchased her meal and she was all THANK THE GOOD LORD. PRAISE JESUS. I'm paraphrasing here but you get the idea. Her post had a shit ton of responses, all positive, not a single person called her out and I'm thinking, bitch, what the fuck is wrong with you. You got in the line knowing you were broke. Jesus. Everyone that commented praised the good Lord too! WTF! Who does this shit.

Where the hell has dignity gone. Are you going to get in a line where payment is required when you have no money?

Why would a homeless man ask for $10 for Subway when there are $5 footlongs and even cheaper 6 inch subs?
