Wow, the inker who inked that abortion S/B arrested for grossly disfiguring another person! It's evident the fool that had that done was/is not of sound mind. Apparently, there are no rules, guidelines, and or regulations regarding disfiguring ! Absolutely absurd!

Operation Chum Bucket

Orlando Sentinel
March 2, 2012
There was a lot to see at the Shark Lounge strip club in Daytona Beach and much of it was against the law, police said.

A 16-month investigation dubbed "Operation Chum Bucket," came to a head Wednesday when undercover officers entered the club and made a number of arrests based on what they saw that night before serving a search warrant.

During the investigation, police said they made more than 20 drug buys involving marijuana, pills and cocaine.

"There are still several arrest warrants outstanding," said police spokesman Jimmie Flynt. "This is an ongoing investigation."

After police raided the club-liquor store, Daytona Beach Police Chief Mike Chitwood told TV reporters the business was a "whorehouse."

You're right...I don't believe it. He looks like a fine, upstanding man to me. The kind you take home to mother...if you're wanting to kill her for the life insurance.

Deputies in Volusia County, Florida, probably didn't have to chase grand theft auto suspect Timothy McQuillen at all, because he somehow lost his balance while trying to make a daring escape from officers and fell face-first on concrete, according to the report. McQuillen later posed for this bloody mugshot.

53-year-old james Way, of Broward County, has been snapped in Florida police mugshots twelve times in the past two years.

Court records show that the five foot ten crook has been arrested 15 times. In 14 cases he has been charged with trespassing. On some occasions he landed a second charge of soliciting on a public street.

Does soliciting mean propositioning people for sex or begging for money?

I don't make eye contact with people who look like that. *shudders*

various meanings, but usually the charge is a common prostitute to loiter or solicit in a street or public place.

there can also be solicitation to commit a crime or a murder.

and sometimes panhandling.

a 38-year-old man accused of "yanking on his member" by a neighbor got arrested after Port St. Lucie police also say he didn't follow orders to remove his hands from his pockets as officers spoke with him.

The 51-year-old neighbor told police March 6 he was in the back yard of his home in the 500 block of Southwest McComb Avenue when he saw a man "with dark pants and white shirt yanking on his member," a recently released Port St. Lucie police report states.

He said he looked again and the "yanking" continued. The 51-year-old neighbor said he screamed at the man, who went in his home.

"I asked (the 51-year-old neighbor) if he was disturbed by the male yanking," the report states. "He stated yes he was disturbed by the male due to his . . . (children) and wife possibly seeing the male."

Investigators spoke to a man in the 500 block of Southwest Feldman Avenue who matched the description given by the 51-year-old neighbor.

That man denied being on his back porch, saying he was inside and that the witness was lying.

As police investigated, the man kept putting his hands in his pants pockets.

"I advised the male twice to keep his hands out of his pockets," the report states.

Another officer gave similar instructions.

"The male stated, 'I can do what ever I want,' and placed his hands back into his pockets," the report states.

The report didn't specify what, if anything, the man accomplished with his hands in his pockets. hah
