Ya, take an extreme position apply it to me and be a fucking idiot.

Duchess, I wish we treated all murderers that way, especially child killers.

Once you have attacked and killed a US citizen, you should have to give up all rights of citizenship unless the killing was justified. I don't want to live with people who kill others to get what they want. I'm not Jesus.

I don't want to live with shallow and superficial people either, those who gladly give up our rights for a second of pleasure and satisfaction with no thought to consequences with undefined powers being handed to a few people who always only think about themselves, but it happens everyday.

You proved nothing. except my point that the Government over stepped the authority is has under our Constitution.

There has not been a "war" declared on the religion that spawned this guy.

In fact as we sit today there has not been a war declared in afghanistan, libya,or Iraq, and certianly not on muslim extremeists.

Dick, I only care that another bad guy is dead. I'm totally cool with that. I don't feel as if I've lost any rights or that they are being infringed upon. I truly don't give a rip how it was accomplished. I live my life in a law abiding way, I'm civilized. I don't worry that the Govt. is trying to strip me of my rights to the degree that you do, you're thinking at times is to the extreme.

You tard. You don't know why we are at war and who the enemy is.

WE ARE AT WAR WITH THE TALIBAN.

Our side: US, UK, Northern Alliance (Afghan United Front, same thing), and the ISAF (it is really us, UK, Aussies, some mixed Euros, Afghans, but made legitimate by the UN and operating mostly in Kandahar and Helmand around Kabul)

Their side: Islamic Emirate now defunct, but is really the Taliban, working in conjunction with Al-Qaeda

The war is called Operation Enduring Freedom. "The Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Terrorists (Pub.L. 107-40, 115 Stat. 224, enacted September 18, 2001), one of two resolutions commonly known as "AUMF" (the other being "Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002"), was a joint resolution passed by the United States Congress on September 14, 2001, authorizing the use of United States Armed Forces against those responsible for the attacks on September 11, 2001."

Jesus fucking Christ, Dick.

Now STFU. You are wrong. Once you fight voluntarily with the enemy, you are NO LONGER A US CITIZEN. You renounce your rights.

There has been no declaration of war, you can throw all the red herrings you want to, but in the end war is not armed conflict alone it requires a declaration of war when your dealing with Constitutional requirements.

To bad so sad, you can't win this one cracker and it's because the Government has you by the nuts.

you talk out of both sides of your face.

Oh well I guess I'm not surprised that you are a clown and your integrity only goes as far as from your keyboard to Mock. stop bitching about the government, you don't have the room anymore.

Duchess blissful ignorance can't and won't protect you.

The other war that the government is fighting "the war on drugs" supports your loss of personal freedom.

Take solice in the fact that you don't know about it, don't want to know about it, and thus you won't do anything about it.

congrats, you're free to do as you're told.

A tid bit

We are taught to believe that political evil comes by revolution and riot by tedious incremental steps. Nothing is further form the truth, as a German professor tried to explain about the Nazis:

“What happened was the gradual habituation of the people, little by little, to be governed by surprise, to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believe that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.... The crises and reforms (real reforms too) so occupied the people that they did not see the slow motion underneath, of the whole process of government growing remoter and remoter.... To live in the process is absolutely not to notice it -- please try to believe me -- unless one has a much greater degree of political awareness, acuity, than most of us ever had occasion to develop. Each step was so small, so inconsequential, so well explained or, on occasion,'regretted.'

...Believe me this is true. Each act, each occasion is worse than the last, but only a little worse. You wait for the next and the next. You wait for one shocking occasion, thinking that others, when such a shock comes, will join you in resisting somehow.... Suddenly it all comes down, all at once. You see what you are, what you have done, or, more accurately, what you haven't done (for that was all that was required of most of us: that we did nothing)... You remember everything now, and your heart breaks. Too late. You are compromised beyond repair.”
From the Progressive Review. Sam Smith, editor.

This was cited by the administration as justification for the bombing.

Summary
In response to the terrorist attacks against the United States on September 11, 2001,the Congress passed legislation, S.J.Res. 23, on September 14, 2001, authorizing the President to “use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons....” The President signed this legislation into law on September 18, 2001 (P.L. 107-40, 115 Stat. 224 (2001)). This report provides a legislative history of this statute, the “Authorization for Use of Military Force” (AUMF), which, as Congress stated in its text, constitutes the legislative authorization for the use of U.S. military
force contemplated by the War Powers Resolution.

Again I ask, was war declared? On Iraq? Libya? Afghanistan? the Extremist Muslims?

Or was this something that every Democrat disagreed with and supposedly still do, The reason Obama was elected was to end unjustified and undeclared war.

funny in a sadistic sort of way.
