People that vote stupid then flee once the programs start should not flee when the results become apparent. Don't go to other states and try to change things after screwing things up is all. Blue state people go to well run red states and try to change things.

Taxes. Massachusetts has a sky high tax rate, and people move to New Hampshire where the taxes are lower. Then they demand the same services that they would get if they had stayed in Mass. Can't do that without raising taxes in New Hampshire, so now a lot of the towns that border Mass have sky high taxes as well.
