How many pillows do you have on your bed?
I've played hide & seek many, many times with my dogs.
I have 12 pillows on my bed, only 6 of them are actual bed pillows.
Do you put them on and take them off daily?
I have 3. 1 is a long pillow that sits against the wall. The other I use if I am sitting up in bed and the other is the one I love to put my head on. It is a down pillow.
I've played hide and seek with my cats and other people's cats, I can't recall playing hide and seek with a dog, but I probably have.

I am just watching movies for 2 days, not too bad. Hope I am better by Monday so I can work. We are about to roll out a project this month.
I am just bored of talking lately. Listening to the same stories over and over and answering the same questions over and over. (Not here)
What is the last thing you ate? Water/Juice/Soup
Quinoa Salad with falafel
How big is your bed? It is a cool looking platform that one of the carpenters here made. I should take a picture of it. I think it is a "full"

After 31 years, I view every night I spend in the same bed, much less bedroom, much less house, much less world with my husband…
as a miracle.
Things could change in an instant. I’m pretty fed up with our stupid house and my husband loves it so we’re not quite seeing eye to eye these days.
I should’ve kept our old house so I had a decent place to live while I shunned him. It was actually a pretty nice place by the time we sold it and wayyyyy less work.

Have any of you ever driven around the railroad crossing gates?

Yes.
Have you ever driven through a railroad crossing gate?

No, I haven't. It would make me very uncomfortable. I'd either be worrying about the train or concerned with being seen doing so.

I agree.
Sometimes taking risks is worthy of consideration.
Driving through a RR crossing doesn't qualify as "worth it."

I used to be waaaay more daring than I am these days & that's a good thing. With age comes wisdom.
I was moved to ask after seeing a headline saying 5 were killed at a RR crossing because they went around the gates.

I don’t even trust the gates. I mostly stop and look both ways even if they’re open. Don’t want die under the wheels of a train. Freaking subways and stuff freak me out. One stumble and you’re potentially massive road kill. *shudders*

I would drive through a RR crossing if I saw a mile of freight cars approaching at about 10 mph.

Yeah we don’t get long freight trains around here but I’ve been stuck at crossings during my life where it felt like forever (and the train went on and on and on…).
If I had to deal with that more frequently I might be inclined to push it more.
