I have a problem!
I’m a little fanatical about oral hygiene and I have a long routine around it before bed.
But for probably the 3rd time in around 3 months or so I went so crazy with the damn tongue scraper last night that I accidentally made myself throw up my dinner in my gawt damn bathroom sink (which immediately created a disgusting mess and clogged it).
Last time I saw a hygienist around 4 months ago I got an A+ and I told her my routine including the stupid tongue scraper and she reenforced it by telling me it was great to get the bacteria off ur tongue before bed. So now of course I’m making myself sick periodically with the dumb thing. face/palm

you can use a cloth instead of the scraper

I just performed surgery on my ingrown toenail. With needle nose pliers and a nail clipper.

I just clipped my toenails and puked up my beer while brushing my teeth. What a coincidence were all doing the same bullshit.

I have a battery operated file that I use to pair mine down before trimming.
You gotta do what you gotta do.
Worse is when you can’t (for some reason) take care of ur own hygiene. That would be suffering IMO.
But I do need to ease up on the tongue scraper, lol.
