Trump: Chicago is a hell hole right now. Baltimore is a hell hole right now. Parts of Los Angeles are terrible. If we didn't put out the fires -- and I mean the other fires, the bullet fires, they didn't do a good job with it. They should have had the water coming down, like I said. We had to go in and release the water to L.A.

Trump: Newsom didn't allow the water to come from the pacific northwest. I demanded that to be open. If that were open. You wouldn't have had the fire because all the sprinklers would've worked in the houses.
