I'll remind you to be understanding if you end up receiving indiscriminate retribution.  44

Nothing indiscriminate about it, look at the video again if need be!!!

Several experts have said he died (killed) due to lack of oxygen!

Hopefully when the National Guard is deployed Riots will be quelled. I would hate to be in the National Guard today. That just sucks but peace must be paramount. We live by the rule of law. It's important.

"Experts" hired by the state, whose testimony will be rebutted by the defense's "experts".

What it comes down to is whether Floyd was restrained in accordance with police guidelines. If he wasn't then there may be grounds for a manslaughter conviction -- assuming that's a possibility. But there's no way in hell you get a murder conviction out of this unless the jury is improperly instructed, and if that happens it will be overturned on appeal.

This is the same bullshit we saw in the Zimmerman trial, where the state went for a murder conviction, with no possibility of a manslaughter conviction -- which they might have gotten. Which leaves me thinking that this is all about stirring up the racial shitpot.

I watched it, it was unnecessary force. I hope he gets a murder conviction for two reasons. I dont want to see anymore uproar over racism just because the guy happened to be black, it happens to whites too. And that cop is a scumbag.

Second degree manslaughter, but I think it should be 3rd degree murder.

The sword of Damocles is hanging over the nation today. It's pitiful though. We are all a hair width away from the social warriors scapula attack.

That's how I felt too when I saw what he posted. As far as I can tell, most decent people felt the same way and then there are those who still try to justify what Chauvin did.

It seems we are all just a hairs width away from getting our heads chopped off by some group that feels the need to attack under the flag of whatever cause they are backing. And there are quite a few.

Amy Klobuchar knew Chauvin was problematic long before the Democrats decided to demonize what they themselves had long supported. Richard Daley knew about John Birge's fondness for torture, but never did a thing to stop it, as a prosecutor or as mayor. This is why I laugh when people say Trump is a fascist. People, by and large, are ignorant twits when it comes to things like policy and history. The Democrats are every bit as dirty as the Republicans, and vice versa, and the problem with policing in America mostly has to do with the guidelines and training regarding the use of force, and immunity from liability, which is always a bad idea. Change that and towns and cities will stop hiring people who are psychologically unsuited to having power and authority.
