Dismissed because the prosecution didn't hand over evidence to the defense that had no bearing on whether or not Baldwin is responsible for Hutchin's death.

The prosecutor may lose her license to practice law. I think she was expected to bungle the case but not this badly.

Although I truly believe he was responsible for Hutchins' death, I also believe that this case should have been tossed the minute the murder weapon was destroyed, PRIOR TO TRIAL.

Talk about withholding evidence!  Geez!

I also believe the fix was in to clear him . . . and they (the powers that be) carefully laid out a path to "legally" dismiss the charges.

Innocent error or deliberate manipulation . . . you decide.

Either way, good for Baldwin.

I hate when a family man is taken from his loved ones.
