Wow. That looks fantastic! Are you and Mrs. Biggie doing all the work yourself?

I feel the most normal in this moment that I've felt in a while. Wooo
Slept good last night after having some stronger cough syrup
I've coughed much less today and actually got out and enjoyed a walk etc etc but my energy level is low so I also took a nap.

That's wonderful to read! Take it slooooooo.

I think you had Covid. A common cold wouldn't have made you as sick as you were. That shit is the devil and it found you in the middle of no where.

Its because all of the kids went out for Spring break and brought it back.

OMG I have to tell you about this cabin in the woods I saw today. It is so freaking cool.

It might have been covid, it sure did hang on for a long time. 10 days. I still cough a little here and there and energy is low but doing much better.

So I've had hair loss before from stress. Temporary mild alopecia. Well this time I have 2 bald spots. You can't see them unless I show them to you because my hair is long enough that it covers them.
I thought it was from when I colored my hair, but that was back in March. And I only colored the top layer of my hair, it wasn't an all over color.
I read that high fever or infection could cause hair loss, I never knew.
And covid....apparently.
I should probably up my vitamin intake.

That sucks, I'm glad for you tho that your hair loss seems to be easily hidden.

I get stress blisters in the palms of my hands. I don't realize at the time that I am digging my nails into my palms until the blisters have formed and become painful.

Try taking a collagen supplement if you don’t already. I notice a significant difference in my hair and nails.

Thank you. I will give it a try. I have had weak nails all my life and I've tried things like biotin but probably didn't take enough of it.
Do you have a particular brand you like? Powder form? Pill form?

I have the Bullet Proof brand powder and I just mix it in the blender with water, a little bit of ice and fruit.

Sally, you need to get your bloods done. You should be doing this annually anyway. You might be vitamin deficient or there maybe another underlying health reason. It might be that you are just run down, but it is always best to be sure and if there is something else to catch it early and prevent something major. Your family needs you in tip top shape.

What the hell are you talking about, Aussie? Mirah was complaining about some hair loss, not me. I suggested Collagen because that’s what I take since I’m going through menopause and hair loss can be one of the effects of it. I never feel rundown unless I’m hungover.
