There is no coincidence in the trailer park indident. Just a dude he knew. That is what I heard. I also heard he is looking at over 7 years. What is gonna happen to his baby now? T cant seem to raise any babies on her own, maybe AP mom gonna raise this one? If it is AP's baby. I also heard more than likely it is not. Maybe if they lined all the guys up in the South end for a DNA test we could find out who the babies father is and the murderers all in one swoop!!!

Blue Tiki - I just typed up what I found at the Clerks Web Page. Maybe someone else out there has the TRUTH about what really happened. I sort of read it as case dismissed for now (my opinion only).

it means he won't be prosecuted.
i am also waiting for some clarification.
i'm stunned. i expected a lengthy prison sentence if it went to trial.
i heard through a source the victim(s) did not show up. that could be it.

LC, late to the party here! I was trying to figure out what happened. I couldn't believe what I saw on TMC site, but I could tell last night that the Lucas County Court was going to get the case. Two questions here. Is he in or out of jail right now. Can this case be prosecuted if the people he violated don't co-operate?

he's still in custody, no bond. i'm not sure Ohio's rules of criminal procedure re: going forward with no witness to testify. i'll try to find out.
edit to add:
assault victim was a minor, i guess they can go forward.

Thanks Ohio for paying the tab to bring little Lamikell Adon into the world! Oh yeah and thanks for paying the tab for baby daddy's three hots and a cot. Such a heartwarming family story.
Hopefully someone's been waiting until the poor kid was born to snitch on TW and LE can put the pressure on her now.
